Differences are about volume — every plan unlocks the same skill packs and chat surfaces. Token caps cover both a rolling 24-hour and 7-day window; routine playbooks pause when either is exhausted.

How the token budget works
Each plan has a daily (rolling 24-hour) and a weekly (rolling 7-day) token cap. Every LLM call your playbooks make — chat replies, scheduled runs, scans — counts against both windows. When either cap is hit, routine playbooks pause until the window rolls forward. Critical playbooks (oversell guard, fraud triage) keep running regardless.
What doesn't count: reading Activity, opening Connections, previewing an approval — anything that doesn't actually invoke the LLM.
Additional charges
Thynk does not bill outside Shopify. There are no setup fees, connector fees, or per-message fees. Charges always appear on your Shopify invoice through the Billing API.
Costs you may incur with the underlying tools you connect: Klaviyo's email send volume, Meta's ad spend, Gorgias's seat count, and similar — these are billed by those providers directly, never by us.
Enterprise
For merchants with 25+ stores, custom DPA / MSA requirements, data residency in a specific region, or a need for a private skill pack registry — talk to us. We work backwards from your constraints.

Billing FAQ
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You are billed automatically on day 15 unless you downgrade to Free or uninstall. We send a reminder on day 12.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you don't lose features you paid for.
Do you charge for setup or integrations?
No. Connecting MCP / Composio integrations is included at every tier. The token budget is the only thing that differs between plans.
What if I hit the Free token cap?
Routine playbooks pause until the rolling 24-hour window has space again. You can upgrade to Starter or Pro at any time and resume immediately — both bump the daily and weekly budgets by 10× and 100×.
Refunds?
The 14-day trial is the canonical “try before you buy.” Refunds outside the trial follow Shopify's standard policy for app charges.
